This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and modern conveniences provided in the rooms. The location near Friedrichstrasse station and the close bus stop make it very convenient to explore the city. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, as mentioned by one reviewer who received flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine for their birthday. The inclusion of breakfast is a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious and clean apartment was perfectly furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was amazing, with easy access to buses, subways, and trains, making it convenient to explore the city and visit historic and cultural sites. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We particularly appreciated the efficient room cleaning staff and the excellent service from Kirsten, Janine, and Jennifer at reception. this hotel provided great value for money and we would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located in central Berlin, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a relief to have a comfortable room and a clean bathroom to relax in. The service provided by the reception staff was exceptional, with prompt responses to inquiries and helpful information. The breakfast provided each morning was a good start to the day, and the hotel's secure parking was a great advantage for those with a car.
The reception desk workers could use some improvement in their customer service skills.
